The purposes of the General Office are to:
- provide an information post for staff within the Registry Building
- undertake specific activities involving service delivery to staff in the Registry Building
- assist in ensuring the safety and security of those working in the Registry Building.
General Office Hours
The services of the General Office will be provided between the hours of 08:30 and 1700. General Office duties will be combined with undertaking other Reception Desk tasks.
The General Office Team's aim is to perform its activities courteously and efficiently at all times. If any users of the service consider that these aims have not been met, or wish to comment on any aspects of the service offered, they should initially contact The Registry Services Co-ordinator, General Office or subsequently, the Senior Assistant Registrar, Vice-Chancellor's Office.
