The University Wellbeing Service is offering a weekly drop-in session exploring mindfulness meditation. These sessions are intended for students who have some understanding of mindfulness practices or who have attended one of the introductory groups and wish to continue with the practice.

Each session will last approximately 45-50 minutes and will primarily include time for practice using guided meditations.
 
Dates: Wednesdays during term time.

Time: 1.00-1.45pm

Place: Wellbeing Annexe, Suffolk Terrace, C
Maximum 10 attendees.
 
There is no need to book a but please contact Ruth Roberts before attending if you are new to mindfulness meditation.
