Wellbeing Workshops March - June 2018

Bereavement

When someone we care about dies it is normal and healthy for us to grieve our loss. Our feelings at this time may be among the most profound and painful we ever experience.

Adjusting to student life while dealing with grief can be difficult. This group aims to bring together students who are experiencing these feelings, giving them the opportunity to share their experiences and coping strategies with each other.

You are welcome to attend one or all of the following dates:

Time: 12:45 -13:45

Book via: csr@uea.ac.uk for a pre-group interview

4 Ways to Stress Less : Exams!

A workshop for stressed students

With pressure mounting with deadlines and exams, it can be difficult to focus and maintain stress levels under pressure. This can have a knock-on effect to our work, creating a vicious circle: too stressed to work, but stressed because you can't work.

This workshop looks at 4 techniques that you can use to help manage anxiety and stress in exam term.

Date:  18th May

Time:  1pm - 1.45pm

Location: To be confirmed

Pre-booking required via: csr@uea.ac.uk
