CBT Workshop on Anxiety and Panic

This workshop will explore anxiety and panic, a CBT understanding of what maintains these problems, and strategies to help make anxiety more manageable.

This workshop will explore low mood, a CBT understanding of what maintains it, and strategies to help improve your mood.

Bereavement Group

This group aims to bring together students who are dealing with grief, giving them the opportunity to share their experiences and coping strategies with each other.

Guided Imagery

Guided imagery creates a deeply receptive mind and body which can lead to improved attention and concentration.  This approach has been proven to reduce anxiety, depression and pain.

Mindfulness 

Mindfulness interventions have been shown to reduce stress. Come and learn some mindfulness practices to help reduce psychological distress during the exam period.
