Our workshops are run by qualified mental health professionals from the Wellbeing Advisory Team and the wider Wellbeing Team, including Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, CBT therapists and Counsellors.
They are skills based looking at building strengths and coping strategies.
You will be provided with resources that you can self-practice after the workshops.
We are often asked for more information from students regarding the format of the workshops.
The workshops are not group therapy. They are not participatory seminars. They are like small lectures. You can participate if you wish to but this is not expected. However, you will gain more from them if you wish to participate.
