Samaritans

The Samaritans provide 24/7 confidential emotional support to those experiencing distress or despair, including feelings that may lead to suicide.  They have a FREE national number to call - 116 123. Norwich Samaritans is based at 19 St Stephen's Square, Norwich and personal callers can drop-in between 8.00am and 9.00pm.
