Our workshops are evidence-based and run by members of the wellbeing service, aiming to support you in understanding more about yourself and how to build your strengths, resilience and coping strategies.
Wellbeing groups and workshops are still running during the covid-19 outbreak, but are now running online via Blackboard Collaborate. Please email email@example.com if you would like to book onto any of the workshops.
The workshops are formatted in a similar way to seminars, offering information on coping skills to help you with your current difficulties. You can participate if you wish to and student's often gain more from the sessions this way. However, please be reassured that you are under no obligation to speak if you don't want to.
