Wellbeing Workshops 

Our workshops are evidence-based and run by members of the wellbeing service and aim to support you to understand more about yourself and how to build your strengths, resilience and coping strategies.  

Format

The workshops are run in a similar way to a seminar, offering information on coping skills to help you with your current difficulties. You can participate if you wish to and student's often gain more from the sessions this way. However, please be reassured that you are under no obligation to speak if you don't want to.
