We can discuss your needs and ensure you have the support you need.  You are able to access our support whether you’re currently studying or taking a break.

How we help

We offer short-term support, advice and guidance relating to your mental health and wellbeing, this could be in the form of group sessions and workshops, one-to-one session, or support to access specialist services locally. 

We can also discuss reasonable adjustment (RAs) and assessment arrangements (AAs) with you to ensure that your teaching and exams are adjusted if needed.

You may also be eligible for support through Disabled Student Allowance (DSA), we can help you to apply for this.

 

Confidentiality

We keep all student information confidential, in line with the Confidentiality Policy of the Student Services and GDPR.

Only authorised members of staff can view student files. However, if a student is at risk of harming themselves or others, we may have to break confidentiality.

We will explain confidentiality in full at your first appointment.
