When your application for the Disabled Students' Allowance is accepted, you will be asked to book a DSA Study Needs Assessment. The purpose of this assessment is to decide what support you need at university. These assessments are carried out by independent Study Needs Assessment centres, not by the university.

There are two local assessment centres in Norwich, they offer exactly the same service and so you just need to choose the one with the most convenient location for you. Both assessment centres are located in the centre of Norwich, and directions can be found in the links below.
Whichever you choose, you need to phone or e-mail them to arrange an appointment. You will have to send them (maybe scan and email) a copy of your approval letter from SFE/NHS and a copy of your evidence.
