Kajsa is a Learning Enhancement Tutor focussing on academic writing and study skills. She has a BA, Masters and PhD in Art History from UEA. She has taught study skills to undergraduates in the School of Humanities (Interdisciplinary Institute for the Humanities) and the School of Art History and World Art Studies (now Art, Media and American Studies) at UEA and MA students at the Norwich University of the Arts. She delivers workshops and tutorials on effective note taking, critical thinking, reading, essay planning, writing and editing, referencing, seminar preparation, time-management and presentation skills. Her research is focused on 17th century visual culture and the role of objects in Early Modern pedagogy. This informs her approach to teaching and learning and she is particularly interested in the role of curiosity and creativity in higher education.
Her working days are Mondays 9-5, Wednesdays 4-8 and Thursdays 9-5.
