Our team of Wellbeing Advisers (Mental Health) are available for students with a diagnosed or emerging mental health condition.  The service provides support for current students and those taking a break in their studies who require assessment and ongoing support related to their wellbeing needs.

Wellbeing Advisers can assess and signpost students related to their mental health condition and liaise with health and social care professionals to facilitate appropriate support.

The team will also ensure that necessary reasonable adjustments or assessment adjustments (formerly exam arrangements) are made for students who have a mental health condition.

Our Advisers are all experienced mental health professionals who will provide advice, support and guidance regarding any concerns you may have about your own, or a friend’s mental health/wellbeing. The team offers brief and focussed interventions that include 1-1 sessions, groups and workshops.
