Once you have know the type of childcare that meets you and your child's need and have found childcare providers in your local area, it is then important to choose the best one. We have provided a list of questions to ask and think about when visiting to be used as a guide.

UEA Nursery

The UEA Nursery offers high quality day care for babies from 6 weeks and children until starting school.  The waiting list for the UEA can be long and you may have to look for alternative childcare options.

Financial help for students/parents with children

Norfolk County Council Children's Services

The county council government provides services and advice relating to children from information about local childcare, to schools, to social care issues. 

The Family Information Service run by Norfolk County Council has information and advice on local nurseries, after school childcare and child minders.
