In order to comply with regulations governing the use of premises, we have been advised by County Hall that
each member can bring up to 2 guests to events that we hold at the Colney Lane Pavilion. Members will need
to be aware of this rule when booking events.
This restriction on the number of guests members can bring does not apply to trips, though there may be some restrictions according to demand.
Can we also remind members that when booking trips for non-members, the non-members must always be
accompanied by a member of the Staff Association.
