Free legal surgery Last Wednesday in each month – 2-5pm

Staff Association Members have the opportunity of booking a free 30 minute appointment with Clapham & Collinge Solicitors to obtain legal advice on a wide variety of areas including Divorce, Separation and Family issues, Residential Property, Wills, Trusts and Probate, Litigation and Disputes or anything else of a legal nature you wish to discuss.

If you instruct Clapham & Collinge to deal with a legal matter for you the Staff Association members and their families will also receive a discount of up to 15% on their charges. The Surgery is, however, offered to members free with no obligation. Please note that when you are booking an appointment you will need to provide Neale with your UEA Staff Association membership number.

Neale GrearsonNeale is the Head of the Clapham & Collinge Family Department. He specialises in divorce and separation work having dealt with this for over 25 years. Neale is a member of Resolution and is committed to finding practical and constructive conclusions for his clients. Caroline MitchellCaroline is a solicitor in the Family Department at Clapham & Collinge, undertaking all aspects of family work. Caroline has developed her family practice to include all aspects of divorce and civil partnership dissolution, family finances and separation disputes. Caroline advises unmarried couples on property rights upon separation, and also regularly deals with children matters including child arrangements (formally contact and residence). Caroline can also offer assistance with emergency applications such as injunctions.
