Interdisciplinary sandpit session to discuss RCUK funding calls on CONFLICT - 26 August

The calls are part-funded by the AHRC and the ESRC, and organised via the The Partnership for Conflict, Crime and Security Research. (The EPSRC will consider co-funding projects which cross into its remit, particularly in relation to the connections between conflict and digital technologies and/or cyber-security.)
Interdisciplinary Innovation Awards (≤ 18 months; ≤ £100k fEC) support the development of innovative, adventurous, higher risk, interdisciplinary research, inc. projects at an earlier stage of interdisciplinary evolution and/or led by Early Career Researchers.
Interdisciplinary Research Grants (≤ 48 months; £400-800k fEC) support innovative interdisciplinary research proposals addressing one or more of the following strands within the Conflict theme: (1) New Perspectives on the Changing Character and Mosaic of Conflict, and Transitions to and from Conflict, through Time; (2) Community Experiences of, and Responses to, Conflict; (3) Conflict in the Information Age.
