If you would like to make a payment to us for Academic TranscriptsReplacement UEA Degree Certificates'To Whom It May Concern' Letters or Certified Photocopies of UEA Degree Certificates, please follow the instructions below.

Please note that payment is required in advance.

The University reviews its charges annually, with changes usually taking place from 1 September. Details of the charges can be found in the University Calendar in the Fees and Charges section under Regulations (General).

Payment by Credit or Debit Card

You can make your payment in person at the Cashier's Office on the Ground Floor of the Registry building between 0915 and 1615 hours, Monday to Friday. Please ensure that you let us have a photocopy of your official receipt so we are aware that your payment has been received.

Payment by Cash

You can pay in person, in UK Pounds Sterling (£) only, at the Cashier's Office on the Ground Floor of the Registry building between 0915 and 1615 hours, Monday to Friday. Please ensure that you let us have a photocopy of your official receipt so we are aware that your payment has been received. 

Please note that the University does not recommend sending cash through the postal system. We will not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of any payment sent this way and are not able to provide change or a refund for any overpayment. 

Payment by Cheque

The University is only able to accept cheques in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and drawn against a UK or UK-linked bank (ie a bank with an address in the UK).

Please make your cheque payable to 'University of East Anglia' and either send it to the Student Records Office, The Registry, University of East Anglia, Norwich Research Park, Norwich, NR4 7TJ or pay it in in person at the Cashier's Office on the Ground Floor of the Registry building between 0915 and 1615 hours Monday to Friday. Please ensure that you let us have a photocopy of your official receipt so we are aware that your payment has been received.

Please note that the University does not accept Eurocheques.

Payment via Online Store

When placing your order for any of the above listed documents, please request this method of payment. Once the details of your order and the total amount to pay have been confirmed, we will provide you with the link to enable you to make your payment via our online store.

Payment via Bank Transfer

If you are unable to pay using any of the above methods, then we can also accept payment via a bank transfer. Details are available upon request.
