Orders for: Replacement Award Certificates, Official Transcripts and Award Verification Letters during COVID-19
Due to strict measures outlined by the UK Government designed to tackle the spread of COVID-19, the services that can currently be provided by the University’s Student Records Office are restricted and we are therefore unable to process any requests for documents produced on paper.
To summarise we can currently produce the following electronic documents:
- A degree/award verification letter in pdf format which will be delivered via email
- Academic Transcript/Diploma Supplement in pdf format which will be delivered via email
Unfortunately, we cannot currently produce the following documents
- Transcripts for Undergraduates commencing their course in or prior to 1993/94
- Transcripts for Taught Postgraduates commencing their course in or prior to 2000/01
- Transcripts for Postgraduate Research Students
The following services are also suspended until further notice:
- Signed, sealed envelopes
- DHL Courier Service
- Completion of forms

We, or the relevant UEA LTS Hub, can provide a short standard letter confirming the basic details of your UEA registration and award obtained. Please note that charges, which are payable in advance, may apply.
A detailed document giving information regarding the content of your UEA course. Please note that transcript orders can take up to 30 working days (6 weeks) to be processed and issued and charges, which are payable in advance, may apply.
Current UEA students who are applying for postgraduate taught courses at UEA are not required to provide a UEA transcript as part of their application as the UEA Admissions Office are able to access information relating to their current course.
UEA Graduates who are applying for postgraduate taught courses at UEA may not be required to provide a UEA transcript as part of their application. Please check with the UEA Admissions Office before completing a Transcript Order form.
If you have lost your UEA degree certificate we can provide you with a replacement. Please note that a charge, which is payable in advance, applies.
If you need us to certify photocopies of your UEA certificate as true photocopies of the original, we can do so. Please do not send us your original certificate - you will need to scan and email your original certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that charges, which are payable in advance, may apply.
