As a student studying on a UEA validated programme there are a number of different ways that you can be involved in the development of your programme and the future of your organisation.
Validation (course approval) is the process by which courses at UEA partner institutions are approved for delivery leading to students receiving a UEA award. If you would like to find out more read the student guidance document and speak to your course or programme leader.
Joint Board of Study
The Joint Boards of Study monitor academic standards and quality and ensure consistency with equivalent programmes at UEA. Membership includes a student representative. If you would like to find out more view the Joint Board of Study information page or speak to your course or programme leader.
Student Forum / Staff:Student Liaison Committee
Some of UEA's partner institutions hold Student Forums or Staff:Student Liaison Committee meetings. These are an opportunity for students to voice their opinions and any concerns they may have. If you would like to get involved please speak to your course or programme leader.
Course representatives co-ordinate the views of students on their respective courses. If you are interested in becoming a course representative please speak to your course or programme leader.
National Student Survey
The National Student Survey gives you the opportunity to voice your experience of your course at your institution - both what you liked and what you think could be improved.
