Meet and Greet Service
Available on 19/20 September only.
To help make your journey easier UEA organises a Meet and Greet service from London Heathrow Airport, Norwich Airport and Norwich Train Station where you will be met by UEA representatives. The Meet and Greet Service is only available on these two days.
We have Meet and Greet Services at the following locations:
We recommend that you arrive via Norwich Airport where you can expect shorter waiting times for your luggage and passing through immigration. You will be greeted by a UEA representative and be able to take our dedicated shuttle bus service directly to the UEA campus completely free of charge. You must book a place to be guaranteed a seat and so we can know when you are due to arrive at the airport.
Representatives will be at the airport for flights arriving 08.30-22.00 on 19 September and 08.30-17.00 on 20 September.
London Heathrow Airport
If you are arriving at London Heathrow our representatives will be available at the Terminal 3 "Meeting Point" to help you with your bags and make sure that you reach UEA safely on our dedicated service. This is the quickest and easiest way to get to Norwich from London Heathrow. The cost of this service is £35 and is paid online at the time of booking.
Representatives will be at the airport on the 19 and 20 September at the times detailed below.
To be guaranteed a seat you will need to book this service online before you arrive.

Important Information About the Heathrow Meet and Greet Service
Please plan your travel and book your coach accordingly.
All coaches will leave from the Terminal 3 Meeting Point. Please make sure you leave enough time to collect your bags, pass through immigration, and get to Terminal 3 if you are arriving at a different terminal. We recommend that you leave at least 1-2 hours from your flight landing, as there is likely to be a long wait at immigration control.
Unfortunately the coaches cannot wait for anyone who is delayed.
If you miss the coach, we recommend that you use the National Express Coach service to Norwich, which will bring you directly to the UEA campus.
London Stansted Airport
If you are arriving at London Stansted our representatives will be available at the Information Desk in the International Arrivals area to help you with your bags and make sure you reach UEA safely on our dedicated coach service. This is the quickest and easiest way to reach Norwich from London Stansted. The service costs £20, which is paid online at the time of booking.
The coach will depart from Stansted at 14:00 on Wednesday 19 September.
Norwich Train Station
If you are arriving at Norwich Train Station a UEA representative will be there to meet you from 10.00 - 18.00 on both 19 and 20 September. They will help you get a local bus or a taxi to take you directly to campus.
