HUM Graduate School Induction

  • Tuesday 2 October: HUM Faculty Induction (10:00-13:00)
  • Wednesday 3 October: HUM faculty induction (09:30--12:45)
  • Wednesday 3 October: HIS school induction (16:00-17:00)
  • Wednesday 3 October: Pro-Vice Chancellor (Research and Innovation) welcome reception (17:00-19:00)
  • Thursday 4 October: HUM faculty induction (09:00-11:00) or Thursday 17 January 2019 (13:00-15:00)
  • Thursday 4 October: LDC school induction (12:00-13:00)
  • Thursday 4 October: AMA school induction (14:00-16:00)
  • Friday 5 October: PPL school induction (16:00-18:00) followed by social event (18:00)
  • Monday 8 October: Philosophy induction event (11:00)

EU (European Union), EEA (European Economic Area), Overseas and British students born outside the UK arriving during week commencing 24 September are encouraged to visit the Student Visa Compliance Team in the Admissions Office in Lawrence Stenhouse Building (LSB) 1.120 to have Visas and Passports checked.

If you have not had your documents checked before 1 October you must visit the Student Visa Compliance Team in the Lawrence Stenhouse Building (LSB) between 11:30 and 13:30 for your visa and passport checks to be done prior to completing registration in the Thomas Paine Study Centre Foyer from 13:30.
