What help is provided? What help is provided?

Staff at the Library Helpdesk will be able to provide you with information on Library Services and general assistance with finding information including the following:

  • Catalogue and database usage
  • Accessing electronic resources
  • Managing your Library account
  • Finding items in the Library building
  • General reference works

You will be referred to other Library staff such as Academic Librarians if appropriate.

The Helpdesk is also where you collect any items requested including journals from the Library Research Reserve and UEA theses.
