This case study feeds back information from an external event run by the East of England Teaching Public Health Network, where the technology helped to demonstrate a new training module.
Type of session
Training module launch
35 Public Health professionals
Brief description of the session
Event to launch a new public health awareness e-learning module
Notes on the way the system was used/integrated into the session
The system was used to give an idea of the questions that would be integrated within the e-learning module.
Reflections on the experience
The session was enjoyed by those who attended. It was useful to provide an alternative to continual standard presentations and to get people engaged. The only issue was a long delay after presenting a slide and the opening of voting. We had not experienced this delay when testing.
Reflection on the loaning process
Very straightforward (once the authorisation process was sorted)
Future plans or additional comments
Would certainly use again should we organise or get involved in events where the equipment would add value.
