Timetabling of Exams begins in early February each year. At this point all student late module changes are complete and all exam papers have been submitted to the Assessments and Quality Office. The Assessments and Quality Office compiles a timetable taking into account co-timetabled modules, reassessments, student individual arrangements, room and equipment availability. From 2014 they will also look to schedule students for only 1 exam per day although we cannot guarantee this for all students. UEA does not run exams on weekends.
Students who have applied for assessment adjustments in examinations (e.g. due to a SpLD or ill health) will receive an email with their exam dates but may see “room to be announced”. Their room allocations will be emailed to them at a later date.
Student applying for assessment adjustments should contact the Student Support Service's office as soon as possible.
For more information see the student pages on Assessment Adjustments and Concessions.
