You told us that you would like to see improvements to IT Services at UEA:

  • 31% rated the overall quality of service as good or very good.
  • Less than 50% of respondents were satisfied with the reliability, coverage and ease of connecting to Wi-Fi on campus.
  • 44% of staff are satisfied with the UEA portal, 39% are satisfied with the UEA website.
  • 61% of staff are satisfied with University email and calendar services.
  • 69% and 74% are satisfied with the professionalism of the IT Service Desk and IT Support.
  • 30% are satisfied with the timeliness of an overall resolution when you contact the IT Service Desk
  • 50% are satisfied with the overall resolution when you have an IT problem in a learning space.

Were confident you will see improvement as we improve in the services you use, and in the way we work and engage with you. We are developing a plan, working with the IT Forum, and will share this with you.
