The University is currently reviewing the way staff printing is delivered. During this review, which will continue throughout the summer of 2018, the following arrangements are in place;
- New devices can only be purchased if there is a compelling requirement and there are no practical alternative solutions. ITCS and procurement will work with you to identify options.
- All new devices require approval from UEA Procurement.
- If a request for a new device is approved, leases must end before 31/12/2022.
