Office 365 refers to the suite of Microsoft applications that are delivered via the cloud. These applications include a range of communication and collaboration tools that can transform the way we work.

Downloading your copy of Office

Access to Office 365 applications is available for the duration of your work or studies at the University of East Anglia and can be found on the UEA Office 365 website.

You will need to log in with your UEA username (in this format abc18xyz@uea.ac.uk) and password.

You will then be presented with the following screen.

Clicking on the install button will then initiate a download of the the Office 365 installer. Once the download is complete you can run this file and it will then download the entire Office suite and install it to your system.

Once Office has been installed run one of the applications such as Word, PowerPoint etc and it will ask you to activate the software. This is done with your UEA username and password. This will also activate the other programs in the Office suite.
