IT Services use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help us understand the demand for services and to measure how effective we are at delivering them. They help us to demonstrate progress we are making and highlight areas of our service that require further improvement.

The KPIs we record are regularly reviewed and we welcome feedback from everyone regarding any other indicators that may be useful. Please contact the IT Service Desk with feedback.
