The IT self-service portal allows you to raise and keep track of your tickets, look for updates, and provide more information if required.

 

Raise a ticket

Visit the IT self-service portal. Then click on the Raise A New Request icon.

We will be adding more forms for services that each ask you for key information we need to support you. If a form for a service you need isn’t there, please click on the Anything Else... form.

When you have completed the form you the information will be sent to the correct team in IT Services who will help you. You will receive an email confirming your request and a ticket number.

 

Checking ticket progress

When work has begun on your request you will receive email updates to keep you informed of the progress. 

If you would like to check the progress of your ticket please go to the IT self-service portal and click on the View Your Requests icon.

From this page you will be able to see the status of your request and provide more information if necessary.
