Our teaching spaces and lecture theatres comprise the latest technology to make teaching as engaging and as easy as possible. The majority of our study spaces are equipped with large displays or projectors, full audio systems and connectivity for your own devices. Larger spaces have microphones (fixed/wireless), visualizer systems and lecture capture abilities.
We regularly check our teaching spaces to ensure everything is ready for the next lesson. However, if you notice a problem in a teaching space please report it to the IT Service Desk.
All rooms are equipped with either a data projector or large plasma/LCD screen. Some larger rooms incorporate multiple display screens for greater visibility and collaboration. Computers are provided in all spaces and can be accessed via your UEA username and password. If you require visitor access please get in touch with the IT Service Desk prior to a visitor account being required. All lecture spaces also have digital overhead projectors.
All spaces are equipped with dedicated Input Panels to connect your laptop, tablet or phone to the rooms video and audio systems. The Input Panel will be placed either on the lectern or a nearby wall. VGA video and 3.5mm audio connections are provided but please bring any adaptors or connectors that you require to connect your devices.
Use the Control Panel to select which input you wish to see/hear through the rooms system (e.g. PC, Laptop, DVD).

If you have an issue with a teaching space during a teaching session please call 2345 and select the appropriate option when prompted. A Service Desk Advisor will attend your call and, if possible, resolve the issue. If we are not able to resolve the issue immediately we can help to liaise with the Room Bookings service to find an alternative teaching area.
