What time should I arrive for my ceremony?
Please arrive at the stadium two hours before your ceremony to allow plenty of time for pre-ceremony activities. On arrival you will be required to collect your tickets before entering the stadium.
A stadium map will be published here shortly detailing the location for Ticket Collection.
Entrance to the stadium is by ticket only. Any guest without a ticket will be refused entry.
How do I collect my tickets?
As detailed above your tickets will be available at the South Stand Ticket Collection point from two hours before your ceremony. To collect your tickets you will need to bring photographic identification e.g. Photocard Driving Licence, Passport or UEA Campus card.
Where do I need to go to collect the gown I have ordered?
Once you have entered the stadium you and your guests will be directed through to the Russell Allison Lounge where you will collect your pre-ordered gown hire.
Please ensure you bring your gown hire order confirmation with you to avoid delay.
I have pre-ordered a photography package with Ede & Ravenscroft, where will these photos be taken?
Once you have collected your gown hire you will proceed through the Russell Allison Lounge with your guests where Ede & Ravenscroft will undertake your pre-ordered photography.
Will refreshments be available before the ceremony?
Once gown collection and photography (if applicable) activities are complete you and your guests will exit the Russell Allison Lounge and proceed through to the South Stand Concourse where pre-ceremony refreshments will be available to purchase.
What time can my guests with a ticket take their seat for the ceremony?
UEA staff will direct you and your guests from the South Stand Concourse to the seating area within the stadium at the required time. Staff will be available to assist you with finding your allocated seat/s (as printed on the ticket).
All students and guests will need to be seated in their allocated seat no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony is due to start.
