Pass List

To be eligible to receive your intended award your name has to appear on a pass list approved by the University’s Senate prior to the appropriate deadline:

  • Spring Graduation deadline - 2 April 2018
  • Summer Graduation deadline - 6 July 2018
  • Winter Graduation deadline - TBC

Unsuccessful Course Completion

Please note that you will not be eligible to graduate if you have not achieved an award and appeared on a pass list approved by the University's Senate by the given deadline.

If you have applied to attend the Graduation ceremony you will appreciate that you will no longer be eligible to do so. All ceremony tickets previously allocated will be cancelled and neither you or your guest/s will be able to attend Graduation. Any previous correspondence ent by the Graduation Office confirming your attendance is no longer applicable.

Any advance arrangements regarding yours and/or your party’s travel or accommodation are made at your own risk. 

If at a later date you then become eligible to graduate through a future ceremony you will be required to re-register for the appropriate ceremony.

Outstanding Debt

The University's General Regulation Six regarding Payment of Accounts states that "No degree, diploma or other qualification shall be conferred upon any person who has not fulfilled all academic related financial obligations to the University." It is your responsibility to ensure that your account with the University is settled in full before the appropriate deadline: 

  • Spring Graduation deadline - 2 April 2018
  • Summer Graduation deadline - 6 July 2018
  • Winter Graduation deadline - TBC
