We have a maintenance team which provides both planned and reactive maintenance to help keep the University running smoothly. We are available for emergencies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Jobs are allocated in order of priority so if you have an issue which is non-urgent, it may take a few days to be sorted out.

Outside normal working hours
Outside normal working hours the Estates Helpdesk phone line transfers to Security. Any urgent maintenance, which cannot wait until the next working day, will be dealt with as a callout to the appropriate Estates staff. When contacting Security please provide them with as much information as possible.
