Getting to and from university Getting to and from university

The University's Transport team provides information and guidance on the best ways to travel to and from UEA. Our aim is to promote and encourage sustainable travel options whilst continuing to support the day-to-day parking needs of campus. Working with the local authority and travel companies means we can advise on all things travel – from timetables for buses to campus to creating Personal Travel Plans for our staff and students, helping them save money, get healthy and contribute to a greener environment.  You can register to share a car journey or find someone to walk or cycle with via our dedicated share site.

Every year we aim to improve infrastructure and invest in facilities to help make your journey to campus more straightforward, affordable and sustainable. Our annual travel survey helps us to plan and minimise the impact of over 18,000 students and staff travelling to campus. Our Transport Strategy 2017 - 2022 sets out the University's aims & objectives and actions necessary to achieve them.
