Works will begin w/c Monday 25 November to facilitate the relocation of Norwich Rugby Club and redevelopment of the Colney Lane Pavillion.
The Colney Lane car park will be closed until Friday 28 February 2020.

Alternative pedestrian access will be maintained around the changing rooms but direct pedestrian and cycle access through the existing main vehicle entrance will be restricted.
Highway works (including resurfacing) are scheduled to commence 17-23 February, which will include traffic management on Colney Lane. Upon advice of Norfolk County Council Highways officer the existing pedestrian crossing is scheduled to be closed 17-23 February. Pedestrian/cycle diversion is indicated in the below image in purple. Crossings to the NNUH and NPR are indicated with stars.
A second stage of highway works will commence 24-29 February). Pedestrian and cycle access will be diverted through the existing car park or utilise path diversion.
As part of these works, a temporary path (as indicated in the image below in purple) will be installed to ensure pedestrian and cycle access between UEA and the Norwich Research park.
