Control of contractors policy
The University acknowledges and accepts its statutory responsibilities for
securing and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and welfare for all who are directly employed or contracted to work within any University premise.
We have to ensure our activities do not endanger others, including contractors and those who may undertake work on or visit any University premises.
The Estates Division has established a control system to ensure all contractors working on UEA premises are identified, inducted, established as competent, controlled, managed effectively and work safely.
