University Postal Service

From Thursday 19 March 2020, there will be changes to the postal service on campus in line with the new preventative measures around transmission of the Coronavirus.

  • We request that any purchases online are made only by students residing in campus accommodation and that these purchases are considered critical for welfare.
  • A reduced Student Counter Service will operate from Monday – Friday 10:30 – 12:30.
  • There will be ­NO Business delivery/collections made on campus.
  • For any concerns regarding Business mail or services which are business critical please contact postroom@uea.ac.uk
  • All mail and parcels addressed for business and student residents will be retained indefinitely in the post room until further notice.
  • We would ask that anybody self-isolating not visit the post room.  If there is urgent requirement for a package please contact postroom@uea.ac.uk
