Counselling and using the labyrinth Counselling and using the labyrinth

On 8 March 2011, UEA's Counselling Service staff used the CSED Santa Rosa Labyrinth for part of their meeting.  The labyrinth is now used internationally as a tool for healing and meditation, providing a quiet place for those in distress or facing life challenges to be focussed and calm in a natural way.  Dr Judy Moore, Director of Counselling Services and a member of the UEA Labyrinth Group, was keen to provide her staff with the opportunity of walking the labyrinth for themselves.  You can read reflections of Counselling staff following their labyrinth experience.

If anyone is interested in possibly using the labyrinth with staff groups at UEA please contact Steve Oldfield, CSED (ext 2393, email s.oldfield@uea.ac.uk).
