Would you like to work with a coach to help you think through topics like: undertaking a new role; leading and managing a team; dealing with challenging work relationships; implementing changes to working practices; introducing a new idea; planning your career development; or developing your current job in innovative ways?
The UEA coaching scheme is a free service open to any member of staff to help the person being coached to move forward in their personal and professional development, through a series of up to six completely confidential one-to-one discussion sessions with a coach.
After each completed coaching assignment we ask for feedback on people’s experience of being coached:
How has coaching helped you to achieve your objectives?

If you are interested in finding out about being allocated a coach, visit the coaching programme webpages on the CSED website at https://intranet.uea.ac.uk/csed/coaching for information including an online application form.
We can recommend highly experienced external coaches, who can work discreetly and professionally with members of staff in senior leadership positions. The cost is payable by the School/Unit.
