The Assembly is an annual discussion forum at which all members of UEA staff can discuss and declare an opinion on any matter whatsoever relating to the University.
The next meeting is at 2pm on Wednesday 20 May 2020 and if you have a question and/or proposal for action you would like to raise, just complete this simple online form. The deadline for submissions for the meeting is 5pm, Friday 13th March 2020.
The form takes you through the process step-by-step, ensuring that the Standing Committee of the Assembly receives your question in an easy to consider format.

Please note we do not take apologies for the Assembly meeting. The Assembly meeting generally take not less than 1 hour, however the duration of all meetings shall be at most two hours, it depends what is on the agenda and the level of discussion for the agenda items.
