We support all admissions systems users with semi-technical advice and guidance. Through carrying out testing on systems we maintain we ensure data integrity and quality; we also work closely with external software suppliers and with internal customers across UEA to carry out maintenance, such as archiving and system roll over.

Training & Guidance Training & Guidance

 

 

 

We provide introductory and further training to new and existing users, and refresher training for key events such as Applicant Transfer - Book a training session or check out our HOW-TO GUIDES for further support.

We provide up to date and accurate advice on the UCAS protocol and systems, and give support and guidance on Admissions policies; Criminal Convictions, Age policy and Near Relative/Staff Concessions.

Development Development

 

 

 

We provide a consultancy service offering development of the systems to give an agile and continuous improvement delivery. We work to refine processes of applications both within the Admissions Service and to improve the overall experience of applicants.
