Coronavirus - Looking after your wellbeing

With COVID-19 dominating the headlines, we know this may be a worrying time for some people. We wanted to remind you of services at UEA that can help support your wellbeing, as well as a list of resources from mental health charities specifically around COVID-19.

If you have any concerns around your wellbeing or mental health, you can contact Student Services for advice, support and guidance – contact them on studentsupport@uea.ac.uk. Please also look at their Portal pages for self-help resources.

All UEA students also have 24/7 access to Health Assured for general wellbeing advice – their telephone helpline is 0800 030 5182. You can access their online portal and app using the username UEA and password students.

Some mental health charities have also put together some tips and advice that may be useful if you’re worried or anxious about the situation around coronavirus:
