The University and College Union (UCU) has voted to called strike action at UEA on eight days from Monday 25 November through to and including Wednesday 4 December. Here are answers to some of the questions you might have.

The dispute between the University & College Union (UCU) and Universities UK (UUK) centres on proposed changes to the USS pension scheme. 

UCU members voted by a clear majority to accept a UUK proposal to establish a Joint Expert Panel (JEP) to review pension provision. This move meant that industrial action was suspended.
