UCU industrial action on pensions

The dispute between the University & College Union (UCU) and Universities UK (UUK) centres on proposed changes to the USS pension scheme.

UCU members have voted by a clear majority to accept a UUK proposal to establish a Joint Expert Panel to review pension provision. This move means that industrial action has currently been suspended.
