We are inviting applications for summer accommodation for summer 2020.

We are only able to offer rooms to current UEA students. We do not offer rooms to students from other Universities or prospective students. If you need to stay at UEA and are not a current student please contact Broadview Lodge, our on-campus guest accommodation.

This application form is not suitable for students coming to UEA on an INTO pre-sessional course.

We reserve the right to decline bookings for students who have breached the Terms and Conditions of the Licence to Occupy, including debt, during previous licence periods.

If you are a current UEA Undergraduate and wish to stay over the summer you will have the option of three different licence end dates.

You can select one of these three end dates:

Wednesday 1 July 2020
Monday 3 August 2020
Tuesday 1 September 2020

Please note that we can only offer bookings for a minimum of two weeks. Any bookings for a shorter period should be directed to Broadview Lodge.

Current UEA Postgraduates not living in UEA Accommodation Current UEA Postgraduates not living in UEA Accommodation

We can offer rooms to current UEA Postgraduates who need to stay in the summer to finish their studies.

All Postgraduate licences end on 1 September.

We regret that we are unable to extend past 1 September 2020 as the rooms will be required for new UEA entrants at that time.
