accommodation options for returning students accommodation options for returning students

We do not guarantee UEA accommodation for returning students (those who have completed at least one year of study at UEA).

For the 2020-21 academic year, returning students have the following accommodation options:

Most returning students decide to find private accommodation in Norwich. Homerun (run by UEA Students’ Union) provides advice and support.

Students wishing to apply for University accommodation in the city centre are welcome to register their interest for Pablo Fanque House. This development, which is managed by Homes for Students, provides high-quality cluster flat and studio accommodation in the city centre (NR1 3NA).

Returning students who have a disability, medical condition, or other special circumstances may apply for on-campus accommodation. Applications are assessed by Accommodation Office and Student Services staff, and must include evidence of the special circumstances. There is a quota of 50 rooms for students in this category.

We reserve the right to decline bookings for students who have breached the Terms and Conditions of the Licence to Occupy, including debt, during previous licence periods.
